SARS AND COVID19, drug discovery prolific pathogenesis

Abstract

A new virtual reality tool offers us a chance to "step inside" the SARS-CoV-2 virus's main enzyme responsible for replication and manipulate it in atomic detail to find ways to shut it down. Antibody Microbial Protease (AMP) and Antibody Dependant Enhancement (ADE), IL6 Receptor Blockers will be effective for managing patients with severe  COVID-19, Inhibit pulmonary cytochrome P450 activities, Inhibits platelet aggregation as a TXA2receptor antagonist, Reduce the level of pro-inflammatory mediators including, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, and IL-12, while enhancing IFN-γ, increased the serum levels of IgG1 and IgG2a, and improved pulmonary function tests in restrictive respiratory disorders. Protein A5(HSPA5) substrate-binding domain β (SBDβ), which was reported to be the recognition site for the SARS-CoV-2 spike,  inflammatory cytokine (IL-4, IL-  1β, IL-6, TGF-β, and IL-17), Enhances gastrointestinal blood flow which causes increased absorption of drugs from the digestive tract. Increased permeability due to epithelial cell modification, exerts BaP-induced cytotoxicity in V-79 lung fibroblast cells, due to a decrease in GST and UDP-GT. Inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) and lipoxygebnaise (LOX), two enzymes.  

Biography

Mukesh h. Shukla completed MD and Ph.D.in Alternative Medicines. He is the Principal senior scientist at AYUSHI BIOTECH. He has published ten publications on various diseases & discoveries. He has four India, US, ARIPO, and S.Africa patents for his outstanding drug discovery on HIV/AIDS. Amazingly his Anti HIV drug discovery has removed the most notorious glycoprotein MAp17 besides expunging HIV sustainably in six patients. He has delivered many national and international lectures in Kenya, UK, and Tanzania.West Africa with free counseling crusade. In addition, one of the patents on anti-malaria, anti-oxidant, and Liver Dysfunction has played a pivotal role in safety and efficacy. His present focus on anti-tuberculosis drug discovery will soon serve a huge community. As known more than 120 modern medicines are borne out of plant sources with synthetic conversion. His studious research efforts in drug discovery in its natural form add safety features and efficacy.
